“The job of changing the floorboards at one of our properties turned out to be more complex as the joists that we'd originally thought were ok, had to be renewed as well. Rickie explained the issue once he discovered it and offered a solution that would keep the costs down as well as he was aware of our budget and timescales. He sorted the issue out and finished the job on the same day. He also helped with a leak on the back of the toilet that became more apparent after it was replaced, once the new floorboards were done. Job well done - landlord is happy.”
